As a speech therapist, I collaborated with a patient recovering from a brain tumor and stroke to co-author a book designed for individuals with severe alexia caused by neurological injuries. During our therapy sessions, we wrote all the words together. I also designed and created all the illustrations to support comprehension. Once completed, I self-published the book on Amazon KDP, making it widely available as a resource for others facing similar challenges.
